Tutoring since 2006

       I have experience tutoring math independently and in tutoring agencies for elementary, middle school, high school, and college with both private & public school students.
       I provide study strategies, problem solving strategies, encouragement, motivation, help with anxiety around math, foster intuition, teach about the history of math, make math fun, develop enthusiasm for the learning process, and build relationships with students.

About me

       I have a BA in Math and Art from the University of Chicago (double major) and obtained a perfect score on the SAT Math, as well as received medals for numerous city-wide mathematics competitions and attended various summer math programs.  I became passionate about explaining math as a teenager, reading books on Einstein's Relativity, Calculus, and Number Theory and I continue to joyfully share my passion for math with others.
